I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was impressive - I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was noticeable, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. Lastly, the location with the black sand beach nearby was a treat - I enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the shore.

Everything was just as I expected - no complaints!

The staff, especially the male waiters, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient for exploring Teide, Los Gigantes, Costa Adeje, and Playa de Las Americas. There is also a supermarket nearby and a long promenade for walking or running.

Felt very well, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located, calm hotel. The view from my balcony was amazing, and I could enjoy the sea view every morning. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I had a great experience and would choose to stay here again.

We recently stayed at Sholeo Los Gigantes and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, which we loved. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, especially the a la carte meals towards the end of our stay. We also enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere in the evenings. The staff, including Carlos from Uruguay, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and a beautiful promenade perfect for walks or runs. our stay was enjoyable and we hope the hotel and staff thrive after the renovation is complete.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short drive from key attractions. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was kept extremely clean. The buffet had a good variety of food and we especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes for breakfast.

The internet was very slow in the lobby and there was road construction in front of the hotel which caused some noise. The parking lot was small and difficult to find a spot during peak times.
