My stay at Balneari Termes Orion was absolutely wonderful. The facility exudes history and style, creating a tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The surrounding trees and gardens add to the outstanding setting. The staff were efficient and discreet, ensuring that every need was met during my time there. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary access to the nearby Magma spa center, which was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Balneari Termes Orion for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The spa and outdoor pool were pleasant and serene, although accessing them was a bit of an ordeal. We enjoyed the restaurant's unique dishes, particularly a regional specialty. the parking facilities were convenient and much appreciated.

The staff's attitude towards guests who booked through third-party sites was condescending, and the on-site staff was unaccommodating despite website discrepancies. the facilities were in need of an update and impractical, with poor lighting and little storage space in the rooms.
