Some staff members at the Spar Restaurant seemed too busy to provide proper explanations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very good and the hotel itself was in excellent condition. The highlight for me was the spa facilities, especially the thermal pool. It was truly extraordinary. The setting and history of the hotel added to the overall experience. The ambience in the Casino garden was also very special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and in fact, some friends of mine are visiting next weekend. The receptionist Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even giving us a guided tour of the premises upon our arrival.
