We were initially hesitant about entering, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the luxuriousness and quality services provided at this 4-star hotel spa. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, with various jets and a wave feature in one. The in-house spa offered a perfect place to relax and unwind, with the option to book massages and other treatments. The hotel is situated in a tranquil location, in a valley carved by a local river, providing a beautiful view from our room. The meals served were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

The hotel had a slightly dated feel in some areas, such as the tennis courts and certain plaster walls in the outdoor pools.

Large rooms with balcony and a pleasant location in a scenic valley. In-house spa bath and two pools, one with waves and one with an artificial vortex. Good food and friendly, helpful staff.

The spa treatments were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. the outdoor pool was a nice place to relax, and the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The hygiene levels in the pools were also questionable. the hotel needs some improvements, especially when it comes to the food and noise levels.
