Very comfy bed and linen. Room is somewhat small but adequate for touring. Conveniently situated near metro and within walking distance of main attractions. Good and safe area, surrounded by great restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff. Relaxing bar.

We felt right at home from the moment we entered the lobby. Room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

During my stay at this hotel, I was delighted to discover a spacious and well-designed room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great selection of pillows to choose from for a perfect night's sleep. I also appreciated the separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, which had luxurious toiletries. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop terrace and plunge pool. It was a secluded oasis where my partner and I could relax and enjoy stunning sunsets with a bottle of wine. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to Retiro Park and trendy restaurants in the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the lack of view from the window and the dim lighting in the room, I would highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and modern amenities. I had a wonderful experience at this swanky hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot for exploring the city, with many popular venues in close proximity. Visitors can take advantage of the fantastic location by taking a short walk to nearby attractions, or the Metro for longer trips. The area around the Monument of Emilio Castelar in the Salamanca district is very nice, along with being a busy hub for businesses. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are well-appointed and clean with excellent Wi-Fi, offering all guests a comfortable stay.

The Madrid marathon location was ideal, close to shopping streets. Polite and friendly staff, quick room change, on-time flower delivery. Good location, walking distance to city center and football stadium. Lovely hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Very helpful staff, enough workspace, exceptional breakfast, comfortable bed, convenient bathroom.

We loved the exceptional service and how the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for our nights out, and the room service was amazing. The hotel was also great with English.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax after a long day. the massage services were a highlight - very professional and extremely relaxing.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of sun loungers at the seasonal outdoor pool. the hotel staff were more than accommodating and provided us with lounge chairs on the sun terrace.

The hotel was in a great location, near restaurants and cultural sites. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing nightly turn down service and complimentary snacks. We also enjoyed the phenomenal view from the top floor.

The room was smaller than expected, and we had trouble fitting all of our luggage.
