Two pools, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food variety, nice sea view.

the manager went above and beyond to organize a memorable party by the infinity pool, complete with a saxophone player, DJ, and fireworks. the food and drinks were great, and all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. the location was also excellent, close to Los Gigantes and the sea. the hotel offered a variety of amenities, including game spots and nice pools. the balcony view from our room was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being super near to a small but lovely beach. The adults only area creates a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The pool entertainment staff are the best team I've come across, keeping everyone involved and busy with games and even teaching guests how to make cocktails. The Mylos restaurant offers a delightful evening dining experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are well-maintained and include both a bath and a separate shower. The service from the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to suit all preferences. the hotel provides excellent facilities and advantages such as a heated pool, slide, gym, and sports facilities.

The buffet food could be improved by ensuring it is served at a hotter temperature.

Stayed here for a winter sun holiday and it was just perfect! the hotel has beautiful decor throughout and a great ambiance that puts you in a holiday mode immediately. the pools were fantastic and the sun loungers were comfortable. the hotel has great transport links to nearby attractions, which was very convenient.

Although the hotel itself was great, the food could have been better. the choices were limited and not always appetizing.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the market on Wednesdays and a short taxi ride to Los Gigantes. it is within reach of popular attractions like Loro Parque, which provided a fabulous day out.

The reception staff could be more welcoming and accommodating, as highlighted by one guest's experience with a rude staff member.

The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had and even arranging for a doctor within 20 minutes. The hotel offers great services, including the option to book excursions and a convenient on-site shop. The location is ideal, with easy access to Playa la Arena and nearby shops and pharmacies. The food was delicious, and the all-inclusive option saved us money. I especially loved our room with a stunning ocean view and balcony. a great place to stay and I plan to return.

We had a great time at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful Playa la Arena beach, which was perfect for us. Jose Antonio in the music hall was amazing, providing us with great entertainment throughout our stay. The hotel also had a slide, a large snack bar, and a fully-equipped gym, which we were able to take advantage of. Victoria, who led the fitness classes, was so friendly and made sure we had a great workout. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with the delicious breakfast options and the stunning view we had from our room. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The noise management in the restaurant was a bit of an issue, as it was quite noisy and crowded during meal times.

Landmar Playa La Arena exceeded our expectations in every way. the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and we had the option to choose between two beautiful swimming pools or take a short 5-minute walk to the nearby beach. the snack bar was open all afternoon, serving delicious food with plenty of variety. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the sea view room with its stunning views of the mountains and sea from the big balcony. a great location with excellent facilities.
