I recently stayed at a lovely close to The Fine Arts Museum. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and had basic furniture. The breakfast was wholesome and there was free tea and coffee all day. The noon check-out and luggage storage were convenient. It was also just a short walk to Plaza de Armas, the bus station. a very pleasant stay.

The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean and the breakfast and towel were included in the price. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to visit within a 15-20 minute walk. The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to help. The hotel's old-time design and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We had a great time at our stay! The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette with tea and coffee available. The location was perfect, with great shopping and attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which was a nice place to relax.

The Wi-Fi didn't work very well in our room or on the terrace, so we had to go down to the reception to use it. the room was a bit noisy and we could hear our neighbors at times.

Good central location, unique private facilities, and professional service make this hotel perfect for exclusive travelers. The breakfast is ok and the sun terrace is a great place to relax. The room advantages are also remarkable, with luxurious amenities and modern design. However, the major downside was the lack of hot water immediately. After waiting for half an hour, the water started to get warm, which was a little waste of time.
