During my stay at a hotel in Bilbao, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Pension Begona - Centro Ciudad. Just a short two-minute walk from the train station and right in the center of the city, it made it easy for me to explore all the attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel well taken care of. The room size was good, and it even had a small fridge, which is not something you usually find in 2-star hotels. the hotel offered a perfect location and quality for a short stay visit.

The staff at Pension Begona are incredibly helpful and always available to assist. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, but on a side street away from the crowds. The rooms have good sound isolation, ensuring a peaceful stay. a very pleasant experience.

Stayed at Pension Begona - Centro Ciudad and had a great experience. Despite the receptionist not speaking English, check-in was smooth with our basic Spanish. The location was perfect for tourist activities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even kept our luggage while we went hiking in the mountains. The room had a fridge, and we were lucky to have a quiet room facing the back. The cozy decor with Impressionist prints added to the welcoming atmosphere.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with charming character and friendly staff who speak excellent English. The reception area is filled with old books, perfect for a little reading. Just a short distance away, there is one of the few vegan restaurants in Spain, where you can practice your Spanish chat-up lines from the vintage book.
