The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The bar and lounge area had a classy feel. The bunk layout provided a quiet atmosphere. The bunks had power outlets, lights, and cubbies for personal belongings. a great effort to create an enjoyable experience.

The hostel had spacious and spotless dorm rooms with curtains for privacy, plug and light at each bunk. The bathrooms were clean and there was a nice outdoor seating area. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for backpackers.

It is disappointing that some basic amenities like hand wash, paper towels, and WiFi were not available during my visit.

Difficult to figure out how the hook to close the door in the shower room works. No blanket provided for the night, guests need to bring their own or a sleeping bag.

bercianos exceeded my expectations - spotless dorm, spacious and comfortable. curtains for privacy, plugs and lights for each bunk. welcoming staff, nice outdoor seating area. lovely kitchen and relaxing music. great location to unwind after a long day walking in the hills.

Food availability was off.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those travelling by car, with a restaurant/bar nearby and spacious outdoor space to relax. Occasionally, there may be a wait for the bathroom sink due to one being out of commission.

The courtyard suntrap was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The dormitory bunks with curtains provided a sense of privacy. The veggie pizza at the bar/restaurant was delicious. The laundry facilities were convenient.
