The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. We also appreciated the laundry service, which made it convenient for us to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout our stay. the quality of service at this hotel was exceptional.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the cliffs with magnificent views. It is also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore Palma city center and the surrounding area. The rooms are decent sized and the bathrooms are in good condition.

The swimming pools were clean and spacious, and there was easy access to drinks and snacks. The personnel were very kind and professional, and the hotel's location was great for exploring different parts of Mallorca. it was a great value for money. We would definitely consider staying at Hotel Best again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean, large bathrooms. the hotel had a 90s vibe but with some modern updates. the staff, especially the entertainment and food teams, were lovely. the food was amazing, and the English-speaking receptionists and fun bar staff made the experience even better. I made good friends with the staff, who remembered our drinks and made an effort to talk to us. the sea view from our room was lovely, and it was quiet at night. the air conditioning was also very efficient. the hotel had a good location, with two swimming pools and helpful staff. the bus stop was right in front of the hotel, and they also offered car rental service. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday away from the busy nightlife.

I spent my New Year at a hotel and had a great time. the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to get food and drinks. the property had fantastic views from the balconies, which were especially great for the New Year fireworks. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable.

Although the hotel was great, we did have a few issues. the bed sheets were not changed as such, and we found a few hairs.

our weekend stay at this hotel was amazing. The personnel was extremely kind and professional. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore different parts of Mallorca. The location was peaceful and the air conditioning in our room was a great perk. We loved having the choice of two outdoor pools and the friendly reception staff were always available at the 24-hour reception. Our room was lovely and spacious, and the breakfast meals offered a wide variety of choices. the hotel also provided great daytime entertainment, especially for children. the room cleaning was excellent and the gym facilities were top-notch. a fantastic experience.
