I had a really pleasant and short stay at City Rooms in Bilbao. The location was great, with all the bars and attractions nearby. The staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I loved the fact that they had tea-making facilities. The cafe right outside the hotel was also convenient for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and practical stay in Bilbao.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and offering useful recommendations.

The shower could have been cleaner, slightly tarnishing an otherwise pleasant experience.

I stayed at City Rooms for a few nights during my solo trip. The hotel was clean and professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionist, a gentleman, and a lady with dark, curly hair, had good English skills and provided excellent assistance. The location was fantastic, offering a nice view from the room. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the ability to open the window for fresh air. The hotel was well-organized and provided amenities like a hot water kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, and a small refrigerator in each room. I would definitely stay here again.
