I especially enjoyed the small bathtub, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. there was no fridge in the room, which was a disappointment as I have come to expect this amenity in European hotels.

The hotel also allowed me to store my bags before and after checking in/out. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bilbao.

Itziar, the receptionist, went above and beyond in providing exceptional service, offering helpful suggestions and recommendations that enhanced my experience. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I return to the city.
