The location was unbeatable, situated on a quiet street but close to the bustling commercial area of Madrid. We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit and there were plenty of fantastic dining options nearby. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Located in the heart of a lively district with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely outdoor space to relax. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better.

There was a lack of storage in the room, making it difficult to fully unpack. The broken front entrance door lock raised concerns about security.

The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, they provided clear instructions on how to find the hotel, making our arrival stress-free. we had a great experience.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the thin walls and noise from other guests, it didn't significantly impact our stay. The window in our room faced an inner court, so natural lighting was limited, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

Easy to get via metro from the airport: It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport using the metro.

The location was jaw-droppingly amazing, just a short walk from the bustling city street. The room was small yet mind-blowingly clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom was compact but spotless with towels and shampoo provided. The hotel even had a lovely terrace with my room! The bed was incredibly comfy, and it was a bonus to have tea and coffee facilities. The staff, Ray and Irina, were absolute legends, always there to assist. The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, lift, and electric kettle were all added perks. Plus, being a non-smoker, I was pleased to find a no smoking policy in place. Excellent location, close to everything. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy interior decor. I appreciated the lift in the building, no need to carry heavy luggage. The staff, especially Irina, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at Bloom Inn Madrid for a pleasant experience.

Very clean rooms, including laundry and bathroom. Noise and temperature isolation from windows. Silent A/C can run all night. Helpful staff explained main attractions on a map. Great location near Grand Via, easy to reach from the airport and has nearby bars and restaurants. Walkable to many attractions. Small but well-equipped room, with clean bathroom and provided amenities. Comfy bed. Shared terrace with another room. Lovely scent upon entering. Modern and new feeling. Foldable desk. Welcome bottle of cava, water, coffee/tea. Warm staff.

The room at Bloom Inn was wonderful - spacious, bright, and spotless. We were lucky to get a top-floor room with access to a beautiful terrace and a nice view of the street. It had everything we needed, including a small fridge and an electric kettle. Despite being in a vibrant and noisy area, the room was surprisingly quiet. The internet connection was also excellent, perfect for teleworking. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We've stayed here three times already and will definitely be back on our future visits to Madrid.

I got great value for my money at Bloom Inn. The room was small but perfect, with enough space for my bags and a private bathroom that was just right. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the historic center and close to subway stations. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a couple of small milk sachets would have been ideal.
