I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood in Santiago de Compostela. The hotel, a former Galician manor house from the 18th century, had a lovely decor that reflected its historical roots. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast room, which was open all day, offered a variety of choices and even had a nice garden area for outdoor seating. It was convenient to have breakfast included in the room rate, and I also appreciated the discount they offered for a nearby parking garage. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to all the sights in Santiago de Compostela, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for both visitors and pilgrims alike.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel! The room was top-notch, way better than its 2-star rating. The staff were amazing, giving us great advice and recommendations for exploring the city. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
