Value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable and had interesting touches. The location was the best in town, with a beautiful walk to the Cathedral and old city, and a shorter stroll to the picturesque boardwalk along the sea. The staff at Calatrava were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. They made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better service and more clarity on what was available.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located near the cathedral and the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the wonderful restaurants and attractions in Palma. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are comfortable, providing a peaceful area to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast on the top floor offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and the quality of the food is outstanding.

One downside is the limited parking spaces available, which can be a hassle if you arrive by car.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. the rooftop breakfast was exceptional with a variety of delicious foods and drinks to choose from. the suite was a gem! beautifully decorated, cozy, spacious, and had a great view of the area. the location was really perfect, being in the heart of the city, we didn't have to travel far for entertainment, and many attractions were within walking distance.

The staff lacked warmth and hospitality that I was expecting. It was almost as if they were too busy to provide efficient service, which made my experience less enjoyable.

We stayed for 4 nights at this luxurious hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the staff provided exceptional service, recommending the best local restaurants and helping us book an indulgent full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre. Our room had a stunning view of the city and the private facilities added to our comfortable stay.

The Spa & wellness centre closed earlier than expected which was an inconvenience as we planned to have a relaxing sauna session. the hotel staff made up for it with the in-room breakfast that was delicious and perfectly made to our liking.
