Super friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were on the smaller side, and some rooms could be quite dark. , having to pay for beach towels unless you booked a suite was a bit disappointing.

And to top it all off, the spa facilities were fantastic – a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that it would have been nice to have had a little outdoor area where I could sit and enjoy a coffee or tea. But that's really just me trying to find something negative to say!
