We had a great time at this all-inclusive hotel. The location was perfect, close to a little cove beach where we enjoyed the crystal-clear water. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff who served our drinks in huge plastic cocktail cups with a smile. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We also loved the breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The entertainment could have been better.

Had a great stay at this all-inclusive hotel for my business trip. Enjoyed the excellent food choices, always fresh and plentiful. the room was clean and well-maintained daily, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. the hotel's garden was a tranquil spot for some downtime, and the location close to shops and attractions was a bonus.

The lack of free Wi-Fi in the room was a downside, and having to walk uphill for check-in was tiring after a long journey. the pool area was often crowded and noisy, making it hard to relax, but the nearby beaches provided a better alternative.

The hotel disappointed me as there was no playground for kids, which was a shame as most of the guests were families with children. The hotel's size was also a drawback, with rooms being quite far from the lifts and long wait times for the busy elevators.
