The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to the flamenco center, where we enjoyed an excellent show. it was very close to everything, especially the famous Seville Cathedral. The staff, particularly Marine at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was in need of renovation and had worn-out furnishings.

The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily explore the beautiful old city and walk to the cathedral. The staff, especially the reception man, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even letting us store our luggage after we checked out. The rooftop terrace was a lovely sun trap where I enjoyed a bottle of Sherry, and the complimentary breakfast every morning was a delightful bonus.

The staff, including the cleaning team, were friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the best I've slept in, and the coffee service in the morning was a nice touch.
