The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel provides a jacuzzi and sauna for guests to relax in after a day of exploring.

The hotel's bar is not staffed, which can be inconvenient if you're wanting a drink without having to go through reception.

I recently stayed at Exe Las Palmas for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a great sound system. The hotel's rooftop area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a lovely pool and spa. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the promenade and beach, as well as being close to shops and restaurants. Exe Las Palmas provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway or longer stay.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. It was so convenient to have cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance. The rooftop swimming pool was a great addition. Although it was a bit small, it was well-maintained and had modern lounge chairs. I really enjoyed spending time up there. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary tea and coffee machine downstairs - I only discovered it a few days into my stay, but it was a lovely perk. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly loved having the music playing in the bathroom. The staff, especially the cleaning crew, were friendly and helpful. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

had a great stay in las palmas, and Exe las palmas made it even better! loved the proximity to the beach and all the amenities. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was great, being near Playa de las Canteras. It was a fantastic place for promenades in the mornings and evenings. The hotel had a swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxation. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Some rooms had a smell of cigarettes, which was unpleasant for non-smokers.

The hotel had a great rooftop terrace with a pool where we spent most of our time enjoying the sun. the location was excellent, just a block away from the beach, and there were many fantastic restaurants in the area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was also no entertainment or bar within the hotel, so we had to go out to find things to do in the evening.

The sun lounge area on the roof is perfectly placed! The bar food was very good. The pool was just the right size. The location is great, only 2 minutes from the beach. The rooftop area is fantastic, with a sunbathing pool and jacuzzi. The sauna and gym are also available. The internet service is great, even on the 6th floor. The breakfast is good value for money if included. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a laptop safe. The bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The maintenance and maid service are efficient and excellent. The restaurant staff are pleasant. The reception staff are negotiable, with some being helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Exe Hotel. the breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious food. the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome each morning. the location was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance of Santa Catalina bus station. the modern and functional bathroom added to the overall comfort of our stay. we enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, which offered a beautiful view.
