We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lorena and Lidia were especially helpful in assisting us with planning and recommendations. The hotel's location was perfect, with our room overlooking the beautiful river. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony that provided breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles every morning. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and we loved sitting by the river to start our day.

All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The room we stayed in was very big, and we liked the balcony that offered a great view. the breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was great for exploring the area.

The cost of the room was too expensive and wasn't a reasonable value. the switches for the light fixtures were very confusing, which made it hard to turn off the lights at times.
