The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and didn't have to rely on transportation. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, always willing to offer suggestions or answer any questions we had. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring.

That the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Although there were some good options, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety, especially when it came to warm dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the main square. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of facilities available. Additionally, I found the hotel's parking option to be very convenient, especially since I had arrived by car. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

I loved the great views from the rooftop bar. It was a unique spot to enjoy the cityscape. Unfortunately, the restaurant menu was limited. Still, overall I'd recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable rooms.

The bed in our room was absolutely amazing! It was enormous and so incredibly comfortable. We both had the best nights sleep we've had in ages. the buffet breakfast was also a real highlight. They had such a great variety of options, including fresh vegetables and fruits, and everything was so clean and well-presented. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the city center, close to many historical landmarks, but still away from the noisy areas.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Plaza Zocodover and within walking distance to the main sights and restaurants of the city. This enabled me to see much of the beautiful old town without needing transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were of high quality. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff members were helpful and attentive, ensuring that my two-night stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay in the city center, with everything within easy reach. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of gluten-free options as well. The rooftop bar had breathtaking views of the city, especially during sunset. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with its king-size bed, chic decor, and two bathrooms.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective, which made the room a bit hot. However, this didn't detract much from our overall experience, given the other amenities and convenient location.

The free chocolates and coffee in the room were a nice touch during the Christmas season, and the holiday decorations in the lobby were festive. the hotel's location near the historic area and shops made it very convenient to walk around and explore. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

One of the worst things were the thin walls, as we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and hallway noise all night making it difficult to sleep. the room was very small and cramped for two people with limited space to move around.
