The hotel is conveniently located just outside Zamora, making it a great base for visiting the city. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-equipped, and had a nice view. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to bring my dog at no extra charge. Parking was easy and right outside the door. The hotel also had a restaurant and cafe, providing convenient dining options.

Spent a cozy Christmas at a hotel located in a peaceful village close to the city. The hotel had free parking and allowed pets which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the local wine served at the cafeteria was fantastic.

The reception was often understaffed and some of the staff members did not speak English which made communication slightly difficult. The cafeteria tended to get crowded and messy as it was a favorite spot for the locals. The rooms were clean but dated, and the lack of breakfast and restaurant timings in English was inconvenient.

The only minor drawback we experienced was that the WiFi connection at night was a bit poor, likely due to heavy usage. However, this was a small issue compared to all the other positive aspects of our stay.
