We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hostel in the old part of town. The communal dinners were lovely and we met so many friendly people. The rooftop terrace with hammocks was a great place to relax, and the open-roof bathroom was a unique and pleasant experience. The hostel's info brochure had great recommendations for restaurants and a brief history of the area. highly recommended!

This hotel is in a superb location, right behind the cathedral and close to all the desirable places to visit in old town. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay a lovely experience. The rooms with mezzanine beds on the 3rd floor are cozy and unique, with colorful bedding that adds a touch of vibrancy. The lovely outdoor terrace is a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The breakfast was nicely set out. No pancakes. Super friendly staff. Excellent location near the Cathedral. Greatly enjoyed the bikes for 5 euros a day.

The staff at the hotel were amazing - so considerate, kind, and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect - everything we needed was within a short walking distance, including the beach, shops, cafes, and market. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the large sun terrace with its hammock and tropical plants.

The noise in the dorm room. The beds were stacked on top of each other, and if one person moved, it would cause the other beds to move too, which was a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper.

The room we stayed in felt a bit cramped with the bunk beds stacked three high. Not much room to move but it didn't bother us too much since we were out exploring the city most of the time.

I recently stayed at a hostel in a great location with super nice staff. The bed was extremely comfortable, with amazing pillows and duvet. I finally got a good night's sleep in the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was also really nice, although I only tried it once. Casa Caracol provided a great experience and I highly recommend it.
