The hotel's location couldn't have been better, with the Teatro Real and major sights within walking distance. The attention to detail in the rooms, with splendid views and tasteful decorations, was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The breakfast in the Drawing room offered a solid start to the day with bread, jam, and other basic amenities.

The hotel lacked some sound insulation, which made it difficult to sleep late due to the street noise. the facilities seemed not to be very modern and were not completely soundproof, causing some disturbances.

It is surrounded by the Opera House and the Royal Palace gardens, making it a fabulous location for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and the old-world charm of the salon adds to the overall experience. The breakfast, which is included, is served on trays and includes some delicious biscuits, making it a great start to the day.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe what a great deal I got for the price I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. The staff had thought of everything, from the high quality linen on the beds to the lovely toiletries in the spacious bathroom. The rooms themselves were unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel - they felt more like a room in a historic apartment or a palacio than a hotel room. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but delicious. The fresh croissants and toast, accompanied by a choice of juice, coffee, or tea.
