A complimentary bottle of wine in our room was a delightful touch, and the spacious accommodations, including a king size bed and a luxurious soaking tub, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The laundry service was efficient and convenient, ensuring we had fresh clothes in no time. We would definitely choose Casa Imperial again for our next visit.

The lack of an elevator made it challenging to move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue! Its location inside the historical center was perfect - I was able to visit all the major attractions I wanted to see and it was not far from San Just station. The staff were amazing - they understood good old fashioned unobtrusive customer service! They were always ready to help and super friendly. The rooms were great too - they were soundproofed and had terraces with garden furniture. I also loved the leisure facilities - the spa & wellness center, the swimming pool, and the sun terrace. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone.
