As cyclists on the Camino de Santiago, we couldn't have asked for a better pit stop than Casa Pepa. They have a fully equipped bike maintenance area for those crucial bike check-ups before the challenging stretches of the route. The surroundings were peaceful and offered a touch of luxury. The breakfast and evening meal were outstanding, featuring delicious local dishes and wines from the bierzo region. The warm send-off with cheese and chorizo sandwiches was a thoughtful touch. Casa Pepa, a beautifully restored 14th-century property, was a unique place to stay with charming hosts and stunning rooms adorned with hand-carved furniture.
