We stayed at the excellent Casa Plaza San Antonio for six nights on a family holiday. The spacious and luxury apartment had a beautiful interior design, mixing old and new elements. The kitchen was big and easy to use. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations. The apartment had underground parking and the host made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. a fantastic stay and we can't wait to go back!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the hotel also offered underground parking, which was a huge convenience. this hotel provided a great base for our city trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The thin windows made it a bit noisy at times, as we could hear the neighbors and early morning birds. There were also some plumbing issues with one toilet and one shower.

She was kind, helpful, and always cheerful, even when we arrived late at night.
