The hosts at Casa San Jose were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The 19th-century house had a charming and historic feel, and my room was spacious and comfortable with heating and air conditioning. I enjoyed exploring the nearby river Genil and Guadalquivir with their pleasant walking paths. The recommendation for lunch at Pena de Flamenca was excellent, and I also appreciated the discounted parking available close by. Although breakfast was not available at the posada, there were several bars and cafes nearby, so it was not a major issue. I had a lovely experience at Casa San Jose and would definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect oasis in the heart of the town. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room we stayed in was not only beautifully decorated with antique furnishings, but also had a spacious and spotlessly clean bathroom. The service provided by the host was impeccable, and the delicious breakfast served in the elegant dining room was a great way to start our day.

The only downside was the lack of a view from our room.

Nothing to fault.

Had a great stay over xmas. the building had a lot of character and was full of interesting objects. Loved the spacious and comfortable room, as well as the tasty and varied breakfast. private parking was super cheap. Plus, the location was central to places we wanted to visit.

The town itself didn't have much to offer and we found it a bit dull. while the pool was nice, it was not very big and it was a bit chilly to swim.

Located in the center of town, Casa San Jose is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with modern ensuite bathrooms. The owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, even offering a pick-up service from the train station. The breakfast is excellent, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and local olive oil. The hotel also has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

There was nothing negative about our stay at this hotel.

our stay in palma del rio was a true delight, made even better by the amazing casa we came across. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the house itself was like stepping into a beautiful heritage site, filled with antiques and charm. we loved the attention to detail, like the chandelier in the bathroom and the easter procession passing by our balcony. highly recommend!
