The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail can be seen in the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a nice balcony with a sea view. The location at the top of the hill offers a beautiful city view and easy access to the tram, which is convenient for going into the city centre everyday. The staff is friendly and the breakfast includes fresh hot courses.

had another great stay in alicante! castilla surpassed my expectations this carnival. perfect location, friendly staff, and superb rooms. loved the pool area and powerful showers. tram outside the door made getting to the ivf clinic a breeze. overall, excellent value for money. can't wait to come back again!

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. It is also conveniently close to two tram stations that can easily take you to Alicante city center to explore more. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a large balcony with great views. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Additionally, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, offering a good start to the day.

Parking can be limited and somewhat expensive.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot food, breads, cereals, and fruits. Just returned from a wonderful stay at Castilla. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach of San Juan and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed the balcony, air conditioning, and small fridge. Plus, the bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to explore the area. a fantastic hotel at excellent value for money.
