We recently stayed at this luxury hotel located in the heart of the Spanish countryside, making it a perfect stopover on our way to Portugal. There were multiple areas both inside and outside the castle where we could relax, and the pool provided a great way to cool off.

We appreciated the beautiful and historic surroundings of the hotel, which made for a romantic atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We liked that there was water available in our room and that the room was spacious enough for us to relax. It was great that we could easily find the hotel and it was far enough from the main road to be a peaceful retreat.

There were several aspects that detracted from our romantic getaway. there were a lot of concrete stairs, which made it hard to navigate and spoiled the ambiance.

We enjoyed walking around with our daughter in a carrier, exploring the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the overall experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend this unique and romantic getaway.

We had a truly unique and enchanting experience staying at a real castle, Posada Real Castillo Del Buen Amor. the castle was full of history and original features, and we enjoyed exploring the various rooms. the service was exceptional, and the staff provided great attention to detail, even providing our dog with a special bed, bowl, and treats. We felt like royalty during our stay, especially when we had a delicious 3-course meal in the castle's wine cellar and enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the grand dining room. As a parting gesture, we were even given a thoughtful gift. We highly recommend this castle for a memorable and luxurious stay.

The reception area itself is located in a large conservatory, offering a unique and picturesque setting. But the real highlight is stepping inside the hotel, where you'll find yourself in a genuine 15th-century castle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with gigantic beds for a truly restful sleep. You'll also have the opportunity to explore the various areas inside and outside the castle, including a pool with breathtaking views.

There were limited options for vegetarians in the restaurant's menu, which led us to dine elsewhere for dinner.
