I stayed at a 2-star place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by Castillo Playa. The reception was welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. We even received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The complex was kept very clean, and all the staff, from reception to cleaners, were pleasant. The location couldn't be any better, just 2 minutes from the beach and bars and shops.

The bungalows are private and well-built, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The visible security presence at night made us feel safe. The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and the center with its shops and restaurants. The staff, including cleaners, receptionist, security guard, and cafe/bar employees. The bungalows have their own sun loungers, and the cafe/bar offers great deals during happy hour. There is also a cat shelter on the property where you can leave food for the animals. The market day is within walking distance and offers some unique stalls. The bus stop is conveniently located, providing easy access to other areas.

Felt fortunate, everything was taken care of without any issues.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and main strip with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We also love having our own private outside space with loungers and a table. Castillo Playa is the perfect choice for a relaxing beach getaway.

The apartment came with a terrace and sun beds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues that arose during our stay.

The walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors at times, which disrupted the atmosphere. Some guests also played their music loudly, which was a bit annoying.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - spacious and clean bungalows with a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the entire island without being overwhelmed by tourists. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us out with small items we needed for our short stay.

The location of the bungalows is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful, wheelchair accessible beach. it is located in the center of town, making it convenient to explore Caleta's shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning comes at an additional cost of five euros per night, which may be an inconvenience for some guests.

We stayed at Castillo Playa for a week and had a wonderful time. The full English breakfast was delicious and included refreshing Bucks Fizz. The pool was heated and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing and idyllic atmosphere. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from town, yet incredibly quiet, relaxing, and safe. The staff were exceptional, always polite and willing to assist. We have stayed here three times in the past year and plan to return in October.

The staff at Castillo Playa were incredibly friendly and helpful. The onsite bar/cafe, run by Jewels, Lin, and Lou, served lovely food. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a very clean and tidy environment. The receptionists were also very helpful. a great place to stay.
