I had the pleasure of staying at Casual Con Duende and it was absolutely delightful. The rooftop room with a beautiful terrace was a true highlight. The views were breathtaking and it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The room itself, although small, was cozy and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower and the fact that my furry friend was able to enjoy the terrace as well. The location couldn't have been better – close to everything and yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The guitar music in the nearby streets added a lovely touch to the ambiance. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The historical palace conversion into a contemporary styled hotel was impressive. The buffet breakfast was delicious, although it would have been nice to have a greater variety of options. And while there were a few minor inconveniences like the shower head being difficult to adjust and the lack of windows in some rooms, they were easily overlooked. I highly recommend Casual Con Duende for its impeccable location, friendly staff, and great value for money.

We had a fantastic time at Casual. The historic palace turned contemporary hotel was stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The central yet quiet location allowed us to sleep peacefully. The buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We found the value for money to be excellent. a highly recommended hotel.

That the noise isolation could have been better. We could occasionally hear loud neighbors and even music from other rooms.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the cathedral and main squares. The rooftop offers stunning views, especially at night, with a clear view of the dome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help, providing great customer service.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and had a tendency to change the target temperature overnight without any input. This made for a somewhat uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Great location, minutes walk to the cathedral, market, and beaches. Very friendly staff, with a warm welcome from Lucia. The hotel has a private and intimate atmosphere. The room was spacious and upgraded, with a fantastic bathroom and powerful shower. Clean and comfortable, with quiet AC. Professional and friendly taxi drivers.

We recently stayed at a hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the cathedral. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had a nice, powerful flow. The staff was friendly and the room was kept very clean. Breakfast, which included eggs and bacon, was enjoyable, and the weekend breakfast service provided by Ana was attentive and knowledgeable about the city. The hotel, a former merchant's home, still maintains its original tower and has a lovely roof terrace. We also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, as our dog had a great time too. it was a pleasant stay.
