Fun themed rooms, great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, convenient location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at Casual! the location was perfect - it was nice and quiet but within walking distance of all the landmarks. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony, which would be amazing in warm weather. the staff were super nice and helpful, and the value for the money paid was great. One of the best things was that we could rent a portable internet device at the reception for only 1.5 euros a day, ensuring we had 24-hour internet access in the city. it was a wonderful experience.

The room was cozy and had a nice design, with comfortable beds and clean amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and had a nice view from the terrace.

The room had some issues with the facilities, such as a malfunctioning socket and a shower without a curtain, leading to water all over the floor. the air conditioning made intermittent noises throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by Casual Del Teatro. As frequent travelers to 4 or 5-star hotels, we found this hotel to be above its category. the location was superb, allowing easy access to various attractions in Madrid such as Plaza Mayor, Mercado S. Miguel, and Puerta del Sol. the staff was extremely helpful, providing us with a map of the city and giving us recommendations on places to visit. the room we stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable queen bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and ample storage space for our belongings. We also loved the hotel's stylish decor and impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely choose Casual again on our next visit to the city.

The beds are comfortable, and there is even a pillow menu available at the reception. The hotel also offers fast wifi, which is great for business guests.
