I had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice, a lovely Spanish omelette, and tasty coffee. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making me feel very welcome. the room was spacious and the bathroom was great, with excellent lighting throughout. the location was key, as it was conveniently close to the train station and not too far from the town center. Plus, the hotel offered parking options nearby, making it easy for me to explore the area without worrying about my car.

While I enjoyed my time at the hotel, there were a couple of things that could have been better. I would have liked to have access to television programs in English, as I don't speak Spanish.

We had a fantastic stay at Casual! The hotel theme was delightful, and everything was exactly as we expected. The location was perfect, with a supermarket next door and all the attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

That our room was slightly noisy, with sounds of kids running in the corridor and water running through the pipes. There was also a strange ticking noise in the room.

Huge bed, spacious room and bathroom. Modern design, clean and new. Friendly staff and varied breakfast. Good location between trail/bus station and city center.

The coffee was decent and the breakfast was filling. the staff was nice and greeted us warmly upon arrival. the hotel's location was great, it was near the bus and train station as well as other tourist attractions.

The room was tiny and the picture on their website was misleading. It felt like sleeping in a cruise ship cabin.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the city center is ideal, being conveniently close to the train station and other transportation options. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower. The breakfast, with its fresh fruit juices, is a delicious start to the day.

We had an amazing stay at this new hotel. the staff at Casual were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the accommodation was of high quality, with comfortable mattresses, pillows, and a modern bathroom. the hotel was beautifully decorated throughout, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It was also exceptionally clean, which was a definite plus. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. the breakfast provided was good, and we even received a picnic breakfast on our last day when we had to leave early for the airport.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We were able to easily explore the old town and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy for us to travel to the airport.

The limited selection of TV channels, which were all in Spanish. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
