The location was perfect, as it was situated on a pedestrian street in the heart of the city center. I could easily walk to the Valencia train station within 2 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was always available and friendly. The breakfast provided a delicious range of options to choose from.

I had the pleasure of staying at Casual and it was incredible. The location was superb, just a short walk from Xativa Metro station and close to all the attractions in Ciutat Vella. The staff, especially Laura and Tatiana, were welcoming and professional. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of delicious pastries and fresh fruit. My room on the 5th floor was impeccably clean and quiet. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Casual for your stay in Valencia.

We had a great experience at Casual. The location was excellent, right behind the main plaza in a back street. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were themed, which was a fun novelty. Our twin room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. We were impressed by the attention to detail, from complimentary water with lemon in the lobby, to free toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The AC and wifi worked well, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. we found the Casual to be a great value for the price, especially considering its convenient location.
