We had a fantastic stay at Grupotel! The value for money was spot on, and our room was amazing - clean, huge, and well-equipped. The location was great, just a short walk up a hill from the strip, and the staff were always helpful and welcoming.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, offering more variety and options would be better.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main area. The quiet pool was a real treat, no fighting for sunbeds! Superdino next door was convenient for self-catering. I'm definitely considering coming back! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puerto del Carmen. The hotel itself, Grupotel, was perfect. The rooms were big enough and clean, and the entertainment at night was great for the kids. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was close to shops and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. There were even two well-stocked shops right next to the hotel, making it convenient for us to get everything we needed. we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious and comfortable apartments with high ceilings and a great view of the sea from the balcony. The food at the on-site cafe was excellent, with fresh and plentiful ingredients. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the strip.

We had an excellent stay at the Cinco Plazas with our 3 kids. Plenty of families with kids of different ages. Great facilities, including pool tables, 2 pools, and a kids' water play area. Convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful sea views from the balcony. The apartment itself was basic but had everything we needed. The pools were clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available.

The breakfast selection was very basic, with a limited variety of options. Towels were only changed twice during our stay, which was less than we expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere around the pool was great. We enjoyed the delicious snacks and cocktails at the bar. The apartments were clean, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds.

My family and I have been staying at these apartments every year for the past 12 years whenever we visit Lanzarote. The apartments themselves are well-supplied with everything we need, from towels to crockery, and are always clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere within the complex is relaxed and spacious, with plenty of options for entertainment and activities. The pool area is well-maintained, and the staff and lifeguard are always helpful.

While I do recommend this hotel, there is one small issue that can be frustrating. In the mornings, when the chain is removed at 9.30am, it can be difficult to secure a sunbed by the pool.
