From my room, I had a wonderful view of the Placa Independencia with its numerous restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs and bacon. a great hotel with a perfect location and excellent service.

The only drawback I experienced was the limited parking spaces in the hotel's underground public parking area. If the hotel's spaces were full, I had to use the same area but pay a higher fee.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to explore. There are heaps of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. the Christmas decorations are lovely, and the staff gave us chocolates and complimentary wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers.
