The location was super convenient – close to the airport and near the bus/train station! Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved that they had a luggage storage room for after check-out and even allowed guests to take a shower. It was handy being able to wander around the city before catching my flight home.

The room smelled musty, and the AC was a bit funky, giving off a weird odor. the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the amenities in the room appeared old and worn out.

I was delighted by the charming decorations throughout the hotel, especially the lovely potted plants that added a touch of nature to the lobby. the sitting area felt cozy and welcoming, making it a comfortable place for senior people to relax and enjoy a good book. the hotel's location near well-known shopping streets made it convenient for older guests to explore without too much walking.

Better lighting for seniors needed.

Hotel Amic Colon in Palma de Mallorca has a convenient location and friendly staff. Though noisy and lacking soundproofing, the clean rooms and helpful Sergio at reception made my quick city discovery enjoyable. AC and comfy beds were a plus amidst minor inconveniences.
