As young holiday goers, we loved the secure barrier controlled outdoor parking for our motorcycles. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot and find plenty of restaurant and bar options. The family running the hotel were friendly and helpful, adding a charming touch to our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a character that we appreciated. Breakfast was good and provided us with enough fuel for the day.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is perfectly located for a one or two night stay in the Santillana area. The parking facilities are good and it is just a two minute walk into the town. The rooms are spacious and the shower areas are well designed. The staff at breakfast are friendly and the breakfast offers a great variety of options. the rooms have comfortable beds and some of them offer a nice view of the surroundings.

It would have been helpful to have more information available about the history of the town, as well as some documents in English for better understanding.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located for exploring the old town. It was just a short walk down the road, making it easy to visit the charming streets and historic sites. The room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast was satisfying. there were facilities to park our vehicle.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location just outside the centre was perfect for us, as it allowed us to explore the area conveniently after disembarking the ferry. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely bathroom that had all the necessary facilities. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the additional price.
