This hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main tourist sites in Palma. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed, with amenities like Byredo products and a steamer. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, the common areas, like the restaurant and swimming pool area, are well-designed and inviting.

There can be some noise from outside at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Impeccably clean rooms with thoughtful touches like chromecast on TVs and Bluetooth speakers. Lovely pool area for relaxation. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location with everything within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at Concepcio in Palma and it was truly an amazing experience. The interior of the property is absolutely beautiful, with attention to detail in every corner. The staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom products provided were luxurious. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend Concepcio for anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.

The hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. the decor was exquisite, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was close to great restaurants, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. We enjoyed fresh local produce and pastries every morning.

We had to ask about the pool and other common areas, which made us feel a little lost at times. some of the staff seemed a little inexperienced and could have used more training in customer service.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and enjoyed exclusive amenities like the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the poolside snack bar had great options. the hotel team's exceptional service went beyond our expectation, making our stay special. Our room had exclusive advantages and a stunning view of the pool, which made our experience unforgettable. the location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring nearby areas.

We had an excellent stay overall, except for one minor issue. A private party in the restaurant and hotel lounge area one night was quite loud and disruptive to some of the other guests.
