What a gem! ! LOVED our stay. Cute boutique hotel in a historically significant property. It was apparently once a palace and then a Russian Oligarch’s house. Fabulous helpful staff. We showed up for breakfast a half hour after it was supposed to have shut down and they were very accommodating - they made eggs for all of us. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were extraordinary. Above and beyond. Great central location. We will be back for sure!

You can't beat the location. Everything in the city center is conveniently located close by. There are several important museums within walking distance. The room was large with comfortable beds and beautifully designed with top-notch amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, with great service at breakfast.

Some common areas of the hotel were not air-conditioned resulting in some discomfort.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious experience. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a spa, swimming pool, and sun terrace, allowing guests to relax and unwind. The food and drinks menu is delicious, and the staff provide excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at Coolrooms Palacio De Atocha. the hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the golden triangle of museums. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alexis at the reception. the breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and we also enjoyed the lunch and dinner options. a perfect choice for our vacation.

The suite was huge and comfortable, with a helpful and friendly staff. Loved the location, near all the tourist attractions I wanted to see. The bed was huge and very comfortable. One night I needed to work late while my partner went to bed and I was annoyed that the same light control covered the entire suite, so I couldn't have some dim lighting and keep working. I highly recommend this hotel.

I couldn't have asked for a better city trip experience! the location was optimal, with all the restaurants and sights within walking distance. the room was super spacious and cozy, and the bathroom facilities were impressive.
