Cortijo Sabila is a charming boutique hotel nestled amidst olive groves with stunning mountain views. The stylish suites, saltwater pool, and year-round spa were a delight. The traditional Andalusian cuisine was scrumptious, and the hikes in the countryside were invigorating.

How thrilling it was to find absolutely nothing to complain about. A true disappointment for a meticulous critic like myself.

We had a fantastic time at this hidden gem in the countryside. The stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere really made our stay memorable. The pool area was so relaxing, and we loved falling asleep under the warm sun. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The homemade dinner was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed dining in such a romantic setting.

While most of our experience was amazing, there were a few drawbacks. We also felt that the owner's husband was a bit unpleasant and made us uncomfortable at times.
