We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The modern decor made us feel right at home and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were especially impressed with the helpfulness of the lady who checked us in and out - she truly went above and beyond. The only minor issue we had was with the thin walls, but it didn't affect our overall experience. we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just at the first stop of the airport bus. it is very close to the museum, making it easy to visit. there is a breakfast bar nearby that offers a discount to hotel guests, providing a nice option for dining.

The central heating system in the hotel was too warm for some guests, resulting in them having to turn it off and open the windows to cool down the room.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay in this hotel located right in the city center. The location was perfect for exploring the old town area and visiting all the sightseeing spots. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, as everything was brand new and in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

the hotel had a 2-star rating, but in my opinion, it deserved to be rated much higher. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. While the hotel didn't offer breakfast, there was a great deal available at the nearby museum's restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Bilbao.

We loved the convenient location of Bypillow Amari, as it was within walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum, Casco Viejo , and Mercado de la Ribera. The staff also provided great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel had a comfortable common area with 24-hour coffee access. Parking, although a bit tricky to find initially, was available off-site.

We felt very welcomed at Bypillow Amari and had no complaints whatsoever.

As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of popular attractions like the Old Town, City, and Museums. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and polite. They were knowledgeable and provided me with helpful information about the area. The hotel had a designed living room where I could relax and enjoy free coffee and tea, which made me feel right at home.

Great value for money, with a comfortable room and modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to the river and the Guggenheim Museum. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even delivering grapes for the Spanish new years tradition and getting us a bottle of body wash from the supermarket.

For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was definitely great value. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The location was superb, just a short walk to the Guggenheim Museum and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. The reception staff, especially Amaia, were very helpful and friendly.
