During our Christmas stay, we loved the beautiful and clean hotel with its amazing location. the diverse neighborhood offered fantastic restaurants and cafes, making it a great place to explore. We also appreciated the ease of arranging a late check, out. Additionally, the hotel's helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us in retrieving the items we accidentally left behind.

On the downside, we encountered a few issues during our stay. the pool was disappointingly small, and the bar area was often empty.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short walk to Plaza Catalunya which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Marta and the bartender on the rooftop. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even fixing a small issue with the AC promptly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a really comfy bed and thoughtful touches like universal plug sockets and a free smartphone.

This hotel is simply amazing and we would recommend it to everyone.

Staying here was a great experience. The hotel had an excellent location; I could easily take a taxi to the city center and the metro station. Also, it was in a very handy area, just outside the touristy area but within walking distance of the main sites. The service was exceptional; room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, housekeeping, laundry. Room amenities such as air conditioning and an in-room safe also made my stay more comfortable. Moreover, the staff had excellent service, responding promptly to our requests concerning the bed covers.

This venue is highly recommended for everyone.
