Stayed for 1 night. Lovely cozy atmosphere in the rooms. The lamps and pictures on the wall could use some dusting, but overall, the room was clean and had nice views from the balcony. Friendly and pleasant staff. Hotel is in a great location. Nice bar and lobby café. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with various amenities. Exceptional service from Pedro on the rooftop bar and Beatrice at reception.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely fell in love with the rooftop swimming pool. the views from up there were breathtaking, especially during sunset. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro and key attractions in the city. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

the lack of normal spoons to stir my tea was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the open shelves instead of a normal wardrobe made the room look untidy and messy.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to all the main attractions with stunning views of the bustling Gran Via street. The rooms are beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooftop bar has an incredible panorama of the city, the view is amazing and it's definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast buffet on the terrace is also breathtaking, with the view making the experience truly unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Dear Hotel for a short trip and I was highly impressed. The location is perfect, with a metro station right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are cosy and stylish, and the rooftop offers an amazing view of the skyline. The staff, especially the team of Gadir, Maria, and Esther, were friendly. a fantastic stay with a great team.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable with easy access to the metro and walking distance to all tourist areas. The room was beautiful, well designed, spacious, and had great views. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was justly famous, and there was a restaurant with incredible city views.

The rooftop bar could use some improvement in terms of personality, and the plunge pool would be better with heating.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance or just right next to this venue. It was extremely easy to get around with the metro station right there. We were impressed with the service and amenities this hotel provided. The staff was exceptional, and we felt they really cared about us during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop area with its breathtaking views. The infinity pool was refreshing, and we spent a lot of time lounging in the sun. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini bar and an in-room safe.

The Easter stay was amazing! the hotel offered a complimentary Easter egg hunt for the kids and a complementary bottle of wine for the adults. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions just a short walk away. the rooftop terrace had a stunning view of the skyline, complete with comfortable seating and a bar for an evening drink.

The noise level from the busy street below, which made it difficult to sleep soundly at night. the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, which made the room a bit uncomfortable.

We were impressed with the beautiful rooftop terrace and enjoyed watching the sunset with a drink. The rooms were well decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. Despite being in the city center, we weren't bothered by any noise at all. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
