I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every single detail taken care of. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the old refurbished building with its unique Middle Ages palace charm. Additionally, the staff were friendly, talkative, and provided an excellent level of service. The location was ideal for a stopover, as it was conveniently situated near transportation routes and parking facilities. Moreover, the breakfast offered was very good and satisfying.

had a peaceful break in Beasain and Dolarea exceeded my expectations. The refurbished building, kind receptionist, and affordable Michelin * dinner were amazing. The hotel's unique Middle Ages palace atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and great staff made it the perfect base for exploring the region.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful location. the hotel, with its warm and inviting wooden structure, provided a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Although some additional guest accessories would have been nice, the bar and restaurant were superb. Being situated in front of the river and an old windmill added to the hotel's lovely ambiance. I was impressed by the cleanliness, friendly staff, and reasonable food options. the hotel's unique history as a Middle Ages palace and winery/cider added to its appeal. its modern, well-decorated upper floors provided comfortable spaces to relax. With plenty of maps and a convenient 25-minute drive from Donestia San Sebastián, this hotel served as an excellent base for exploring the region. One standout aspect was the hotel's exceptional service, which truly made my experience unforgettable. the hotel even provided assistance while I was at the airport, further demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. With such attention to detail and outstanding service, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when traveling in this region.
