Lovely bed and bedding. Breakfast was splendid. Map in the room and water bottles and grapes on leaving. Staff delightful.

the staff went above and beyond, from assisting with our UK locator forms to providing friendly and efficient service throughout. the hotel's modern interior was impressive, and our upgraded room had a lovely view of the beautiful church. the breakfast, served by a friendly waitress, was a unique and delicious 5-course meal. We also appreciated the secure car park and the staff's excellent knowledge of the area. We will definitely be returning next year for a car tour.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Rioja! The room I was upgraded to was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was the dining experience at the 2-star Michelin restaurant. The food was exceptional and the staff was friendly and attentive. Plus, I was given a tour of the kitchen, which was impressive. I had a great time exploring the lovely countryside and the nearby town of Burgos. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Rioja.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the modern and spacious room with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant was a highlight, with innovative and tasty dishes. The staff were attentive and charming, making our experience even more enjoyable. The affiliated restaurant next door also offered delicious food at a more affordable price. It's a great base for exploring the scenic mountain region and the beautiful vineyards of La Rioja.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel located right in the heart of the town. We loved the convenience of having three different restaurant options within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines. The location was perfect, right across the street from a charming church, adding to the overall ambiance of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, starting our days off right.

There were some issues with the bathroom, as mentioned by other guests. The shower flooded the room due to a small lip with no drain, which was unfortunate.

Good food and cozy atmosphere. Located in a small town in the mountains and close to a ski resort. Friendly staff that makes you feel at home.

Rooms are not sound-proof and you can hear everything from the hallway. Limited parking space which is inconvenient for guests with a car.

We were impressed with the room service, housekeeping, and laundry services provided, ensuring enhanced comfort throughout our stay. The hotel also offered bicycle hire, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings at our own pace. Additionally, the airport shuttle services and tours/ticket assistance made our travel experience hassle-free. The room itself was well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace provided a peaceful spot to enjoy the breathtaking views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
