Great stay to start the year. Well-appointed hotel, provision of toiletries exceeded expectations, and breakfast buffet had a great variety of quality foods. Location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants and had great views. Valet parking was convenient. Spa bath in room was a great plus, perfect after a long day.

Wi-Fi was slow and not very consistent, minor inconvenience. Dinner at the hotel was not suitable for children since it was starting at 8 pm, room service included.

the grand hotel exceeded our expectations - central yet quiet location, luxurious room, and an outstanding Michelin star restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect base for exploring Salamanca and we can't wait to return.

Nothing to fault.

I had the most luxurious and exclusive stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable, and all my needs were met. the Spa and wellness centre was outstanding, and I enjoyed a relaxing foot massage followed by a full body massage. the spa lounge was comfortable and well-designed, making my experience even better. After the massage, I had a delicious in-room breakfast with a choice of restaurant buffet or special diet menus.

The garden area was not what I expected. It lacked greenery and was quite small, which was a minor issue for me.

We had an amazing stay at a little hotel in Salamanca. Our room faced a beautiful convent, providing a picturesque view. the air conditioning was excellent, which was a necessity in the August heat. the highlight of our room was the incredible rain spout shower, which made it hard to leave. the hotel staff were extremely helpful when we initially had weak WiFi, promptly installing another router in our room to ensure a strong and fast connection. the breakfast served was wonderful, and to our surprise, the minibar was complimentary. the room itself was beautifully designed, truly making our trip special. We would definitely return to this hotel, despite the slightly higher price tag, as it was absolutely worth it.
