The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to walk to all the tourist sights, including the Cathedral. The room was comfortable and had high ceilings, providing a spacious feel. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were helpful, providing assistance when needed. the breakfast offered exceeded expectations, and the hotel had a nice terrace with great views.

The noise from the nearby construction and busy road could be a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and there are plenty of good quality restaurants and bars nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a private transfer to the airport which was a great value. I also loved the rooftop area, where I enjoyed the beautiful views of the city.

the toilet seat in my room was loose, which was a bit annoying. the bedframe in my room was not properly secured to the wall, causing it to be wobbly and uncomfortable.

We were able to easily walk to all the tourist spots, such as Plaza de Espana, the Cathedral, and the Alcazar. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view over the Jardines de Murillo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were free hot and cold drinks available in the reception area.

The price of the hotel was quite high, possibly due to the timing of our visit during a festival.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just off a main road which meant we did not have the problem of negotiating the tricky streets of the old town. It was very close to the center and right on the park across the road. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely roof terrace and a restaurant next door that seemed very popular. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions and a short walk to the cathedral. The decor in the rooms and public areas is lovely, and the hotel offers great value for the price. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and there were snacks and coffee available for guests. I also appreciated the underground parking, although it was full when I arrived, the wait was only ten minutes. a small and charming hotel that I would definitely return to.

We got great value for our money with a large room, a view over the park, and a big bathroom. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the station and at the entrance of the charming Barrio de Santa Cruz. The staff were super helpful and the small, friendly atmosphere made our stay even more pleasant.
