The suites were clean and had a nice design. the beds were comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ruben. the location was great, with easy access to attractions and a shopping center nearby. Plus, the rooftop area was a great space to relax and have a swim.

The rooftop bar was closed, which was a disappointment. I was expecting some lively atmosphere with music and drinks, but it was quiet and empty.

The staff at Duquesa Suites were friendly and always willing to help with any questions about the city. The location was perfect, close to attractions like the zoo, La Rambla, and Barceloneta beach. This place offers a fantastic location in walking distance of many wonderful sights. It is situated in the gothic district with the waterfront across the street, and all the attractions within a leisurely stroll. I loved that the historic main post office was on the side, adding to the charm. The staff at the reception desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, making my stay more pleasant. The leisure swimming pool on the sun terrace provided an excellent relaxing spot, and the public bath facilities were well maintained. There are lovely soundproofed rooms, with garden furniture, and in-room amenities such as a mini-bar and terrace.

This hotel has a good location to explore the city being near the tapas area without the crowds of La Rambla. It is right in the center of the city and overlooks the port. The rooms are well-equipped and the staff is available to help and offer great recommendations for food in the city.

We spent our Christmas holiday in a hotel located in a vibrant and exciting area. the hotel offered us two complementary facts: a cozy and clean corner suite, and an amazing rooftop pool with breathtaking views. the location was perfect for us to explore the city, with plenty of restaurants and nightclubs nearby. Another great advantage was the friendly staff, who was always willing to help us.

We have to mention that the noise level at night could be bothersome. the traffic and sirens on the street and the occasional late-night party revellers were sometimes too loud.

He had our room ready early and even found us an umbrella when it rained. the room was spacious with modern fixtures, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade. the rooftop terrace with plunge pool had a stunning view of the marina. the bathroom products were from Rituals, which was a nice touch. a wonderful experience.

Access to both Duquesa Suites and their sister hotel added to the experience, from the rooftop pool and terrace to the restaurants and fitness center. The hotel amenities and exceptional customer service made my stay truly enjoyable.
